PACER is the US Federal Court system that allows electronic filing of documents. It’s open to the public and all the documents and filings are in the public domain but it’s not free to use. To the rescue comes Recap, a Firefox extension that gradually pulls the content from PACER into the intercloud so that once a document is fetched, anyone who looks for it can find it and access it for free.
